Technical Team Lead

● Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of an AI-powered mobile platform.

You will lead the engineering direction across backend services, conversational AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and mobile integration. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with system design, mentoring, and execution ownership.

●  Responsibilities :

○ Design and lead scalable backend architecture using Python and FastAPI

○ Architect realtime voice AI systems using ASR/TTS and audio-native LLM technologies

○ Lead integration with AI orchestration frameworks and agent systems (e.g. Google ADK, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK)

○ Define cloud architecture and deployment strategy on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

○ Collaborate closely with Product (PM/PO/UI/UX), AI, and Mobile teams to translate product vision into technical execution.

○ Guide the design of conversational memory, user context, and care coordination workflows

○ Mentor engineers and establish strong technical standards across the team.

○ Encourage and guide the engineering team in adopting AI-assisted development workflows and tools such as Cursor and Claude Code or …  to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

○ Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making

○ Balance rapid iteration with long-term platform scalability

○ Drive engineering best practices:

●       Clean architecture

●       CI/CD

●       Testing strategy

●      Required Qualifications

○  3+ years leading technical teams or major system initiatives

○  Strong experience with Python and FastAPI

○ Experience designing cloud-native systems on Google or AWS Cloud
