Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine business plans for international startups applying to acceleration programs
Design and create compelling pitch decks for startup presentations and investor meetings
Negotiate and manage relationships with accelerators, investors, and ecosystem partners across different countries
Guide international founders through the application and onboarding process
Identify global market opportunities and provide strategic business insights
Represent startups in meetings and pitch sessions with international stakeholders

Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, consulting, or startup ecosystem
Strong understanding of business model design and financial planning
Experience in creating professional pitch decks and investor presentations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Familiarity with international accelerator and venture capital processes
Ability to work across different time zones and cultural contexts
Ability to manage multiple startup clients simultaneously
