Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day performance of websites, including speed optimization and user experience improvements.
• Monitor and update products, pricing, and website content regularly.
• Collaborate closely with SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, and Development teams to deliver the best possible user experience.
• Analyze website performance and provide regular management reports.
• Improve customer experience (UX) and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage both on-site and remote teams, assign tasks, monitor project progress, and conduct performance review meetings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to propose scalable growth strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical website issues and enhance security and infrastructure performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in website or e-commerce management.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
• Experience with SEO and data analytics tools, with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
