In this role, you will be part of a lean, cross-functional team working end-to-end on the product. We are looking for individuals who bring not only technical expertise but also the ability to deeply understand problems and engineer effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
- Design efficient database architectures and optimize queries (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Build and integrate robust RESTful APIs.
- Actively contribute to product decisions and problem discovery, rather than just executing tickets.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Maintain a strict focus on actual delivery (features successfully running in production) rather than just writing code.

- Identify, debug, and resolve system issues and bottlenecks.
- Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and development processes.
