Overview: 
SnappMarket is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR Center of Excellence (COE) with HR development and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for an Industrial Engineering student/graduate who is highly motivated and interested in processes, systems, and operational excellence. You will help build scalable HR foundations through process documentation, program support, and continuous improvement projects across the employee lifecycle. The intern will partner with HR COE leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize workflows, enhance employee experience, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Document and maintain HR COE processes (SOPs, workflows, templates, checklists). 
• Map current-state HR workflows, identify gaps/pain points, and support designing improved future-state processes. 
• Support HR program development activities. 
• Support HR project coordination (timelines, meeting notes, action-item tracking, stakeholder follow-ups).

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineering student (final year) or recent graduate.
• High motivation and strong interest in process improvement, workflow design, and systems thinking (HR domain interest is a plus). 
• Strong written communication and documentation skills; able to translate complex workflows into clear, structured steps.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is a plus).
