Job Description

Snapp Market is a fast-growing e-commerce company transforming the way people shop for their daily essentials. As an online grocery retailer, we combine convenience, speed, and high-quality products to deliver a seamless shopping experience to customers.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Mart team. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for our in-store retail operations platform, with a strong focus on back-office operations including inventory management, warehousing, procurement, accounting workflows, and operational reporting.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and store teams to build scalable solutions that make supermarket operations faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

Responsibilities:

  •  Own and drive the product roadmap for Mart’s operational platform, aligned with business and operational goals. 
  •  Develop a deep understanding of operational workflows including inventory management, stock movements, procurement, accounting reconciliation, and reporting, and translate them into scalable product solutions. 
  •  Identify opportunities to leverage AI and LLM capabilities within the product as well as across internal product and operational workflows. 
  •  Partner closely with store operators, warehouse teams, finance, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and iterate on solutions. 
  •  Collaborate with engineers, QA, designers, and fellow product managers to ensure effective product design and high-quality delivery. 
  •  Identify operational pain points and prioritize high-impact improvements based on business value, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility. 
  •  Manage and prioritize backlog items to ensure smooth and predictable execution. 
  •  Use product metrics, operational data, and user feedback to make informed, data-driven decisions. 
  •  Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum. 
  •  Stay up to date with trends in retail technology, ERP systems, and AI/LLM applications, and benchmark industry solutions to identify innovation opportunities. 

Requirements:

  •  4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in operational, back-office, B2B, or internal-facing products. 
  •  Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and a strong understanding of how they can improve both product capabilities and team workflows. 
  •  Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and agile methodologies. 
  •  Proven experience defining and executing product roadmaps in cross-functional environments. 
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decision-making. 
  •  Ability to work effectively with non-technical operational users such as store managers, warehouse staff, and finance teams. 
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  •  Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail, especially in operational flows where accuracy is critical. 
  •  Passion for building reliable operational tools used daily by large-scale teams. 

Nice to Have:

  •  Experience building or launching AI/LLM-powered product features. 
  •  Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory management, or accounting systems. 
  •  Background in retail, grocery, logistics, or supply chain operations.
