

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Ads Revenue & Campaign Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns while focusing on increasing revenue from advertising services. This role combines campaign execution, brand communication, and revenue growth responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns for various brands
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, design) to ensure successful campaign execution
• Drive and optimize ads revenue and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
• Communicate with brands and clients to manage campaign requirements and execution
• Improve conversion rates, ROI, and overall advertising performance
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of all advertising campaigns and tasks
• Propose new strategies for monetizing advertising services and inventory
Requirements
• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or advertising roles
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CR,CTR, ROI, CPA, etc.)
• Experience working with brands or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising platforms is a plus
Nice to Have
• Experience in fashion or e-commerce industry
• Understanding of advertising monetization models
• Ability to contribute to creative campaign direction
