we are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Consigner Support Specialist to support and manage relationships with our consigners. This role is responsible for assisting consigners with panel-related inquiries, investigating product issues, providing training, and reporting operational feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to consigners’ inquiries and requests
- Guide and train users on using the panel
- Investigate and follow up on product or system-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Document, track, and report issues and requests
- Share user feedback with Product and Operations teams
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with software panels and systems
- Reporting and documentation skills
- Previous support experience is a plus
