We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer. This role involves handling different challenges in each project, but it doesn't mean switching between tasks or leading multiple projects at the same time.
We are undergoing a massive technical evolution, migrating our core legacy systems to a modern Python/Django architecture and heavily automating our infrastructure. To ensure this transformation is flawless, we are building an unbreakable safety net.

Technical Skills and ability :
- AI-Assisted Infrastructure: You actively use tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor to rapidly generate Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, Shell scripts, and Kubernetes manifests.
- Zero Manual Ops: If a task has to be done twice, it must be automated. You lean on AI to quickly figure out complex automations and script them out efficiently.
- Architectural Focus: Instead of spending hours writing raw pipeline YAMLs from scratch, your primary job is to design highly resilient, self-healing systems and ensure developers have lightning-fast, zero-touch deployment experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Hyper-Automated CI/CD: Design, build, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging AI to simplify testing and enable blazing-fast, secure deployments.
- Large-Scale Kubernetes: Architect, manage, and scale highly distributed Kubernetes clusters to support microservices/modular architecture.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Lead the design and operation of our cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision immutable infrastructure using Terraform and handle robust configuration management via Ansible.
- Advanced Observability: Implement and optimize comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and rapid incident response. Requirements & Qualifications
- AWS Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience designing and operating complex architectures on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Distributed Kubernetes: Deep, practical experience managing Kubernetes (K8s) in highly distributed, large-scale production environments.
- Observability & Logging: Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Automation & IaC: Hands-on, practical experience with Ansible and Terraform.
- OS Mastery: Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Scripting Skills: Solid scripting experience with Python or Shell (Bash) to glue systems together and automate tasks.
- Virtualization: Familiarity with bare-metal and virtualization platforms (e.g., Proxmox, KVM, or similar).
- The Right Mindset: A strong believer in leveraging Generative AI for DevOps. You must be eager to integrate new AI tools to speed up pipeline creation and infrastructure management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AIOps (integrating Machine Learning/AI into monitoring for anomaly detection).
- Experience in migrating legacy on-premise infrastructure to cloud or hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and integrating automated security checks into pipelines.
