Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to partner with our Engineering and Product teams across the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to employee development and conflict resolution. This role supports managers and employees with practical HR guidance, strong process execution, and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Engineering/Product leaders on hiring needs; manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Support employee relations: handle concerns, support conflict resolution, and escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Drive employee development initiatives (performance check-ins support, training coordination, growth plans, feedback culture).
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers on policies, best practices, and team needs.
- Track key HR metrics (hiring, retention, engagement) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- +3 Years of HR experience, experience supporting technical teams is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS tools preferred.
- High discretion, empathy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
