Operation Analyst (External Contract)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in data analysis, business intelligence development, and data engineering practices.

The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing complex datasets and transforming business requirements into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing ETL pipelines, designing data warehouse models, and ensuring reliable, high-quality data delivery for reporting and analytics teams. 

Strong analytical thinking, business understanding, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.

• Integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data systems

• Design and maintain scalable and efficient data warehouse structures.

• Perform multidimensional analysis and analytical data modeling.

• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality across reports and systems.

• Develop and maintain OLAP models and semantic layers

• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards.

• Design and develop operational and management-level dashboards and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in any of the following areas:

·        Data Analysis

·        Business Intelligence Development

·        Data Engineering

• Strong experience in:

ETL process design and development 
Building and maintaining data pipelines 
Data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling 
Dashboard development and reporting solutions

• SQL Server & Strong SQL skills:

Complex queries & joins
Stored procedures 
Query optimization 
• Data warehouse design

• Star Schema / Snowflake Schema

• OLAP and multidimensional analysis

BI & Reporting Tools
• SSIS / SSAS / SSRS / SSMS

• Grafana / Power BI

• Microsoft Excel
