Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and manage Kubernetes clusters following industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API gateways such as Nginx and Kong, infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools, and ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems including PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ. Responsibilities include implementing security best practices for Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows, optimizing load balancing and API gateway configurations, monitoring system health using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana, and improving deployment processes to enhance reliability and minimize downtime. The role also involves collaborating closely with development teams to improve application scalability and performance, maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and ensuring robust automated, load, and stress testing for applications and infrastructure environments.

Requirments 
•  5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar roles. 
•  Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization technologies, including Docker, Docker Compose, and Docker Swarm, within production environments. 
•  Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar platforms. 
•  Experience with load balancing and reverse proxy solutions such as Nginx and HAProxy. 
•  Hands-on experience with object storage solutions such as MinIO. 
•  Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ in high-availability and distributed environments. 
•  Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools, including Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. 
•  Strong understanding of Linux systems administration, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
•  Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk. 
•  Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Go. 
•  Strong security mindset with hands-on experience in RBAC, secrets management, identity and access control, and infrastructure security best practices. 
•  Familiarity with automated testing, performance testing, load testing, and stress testing methodologies.
