What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications on Android TV

• Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA within the team to deliver complete features

• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions

• Improve code quality, performance, stability, and observability

• Write testable, maintainable, scalable code

• Participate in code reviews and actively raise the engineering bar

• Mentor other engineers and promote best practices
   

What We’re Looking For

Strong Technical Foundation

• 5+ years of Android experience

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java is a plus)

• Solid understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and/or MVI

• Experience with Jetpack Compose

• Strong knowledge of Android Jetpack components

• Deep understanding of Dependency Injection (Hilt, Dagger, or Koin)

• Experience working with RESTful APIs

• Solid knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, LiveData, and Room

• Experience with Android testing (unit & instrumentation)

• Strong communication skills

• Natural leadership tendencies (mentoring, guiding, influencing)
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Android TV development

• Familiarity with Leanback or Compose for TV

• Experience optimizing apps for performance on TV devices
