Develop and maintain effective employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
Data-Driven Decisions: Help and consult HR team to use HR analytics to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
Development: Help and consult HR team to architect training programs that bridge technical skill gaps and foster leadership growth.
Qualifications;
·Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
·15+ years of experience in **strategic HR roles** (7+ in managerial and consultant roles).
·Proven ability to influence business outcomes through talent initiatives.
·Strong analytical mindset with a focus on HR metrics and ROI.
·Excellent change management and leadership communication skills.
