Role Overview
Junior Frontend Developers implement UI components under guidance from Team Lead and Senior Frontend Developers. They learn AngularJS, responsive design, accessibility, and frontend best practices while contributing to feature development and growing their skills.

Key Responsibilities
UI Development: - Implement UI components and features - Write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code - Implement responsive designs - Integrate with backend APIs - Fix UI bugs and defects

Learning & Growth: - Learn AngularJS framework - Learn responsive design principles - Learn accessibility standards - Participate in code reviews - Attend training and mentoring sessions

Code Quality: - Follow frontend coding standards - Write clean, readable code - Write basic unit tests - Document components - Learn debugging techniques

Collaboration: - Work with team members on UI features - Participate in sprint ceremonies - Ask questions and seek guidance - Share learnings with team - Support QA with UI testing

AIDLC Methodology Requirements

Required Qualifications
Experience: - 1-3 years in frontend development - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Basic understanding of AngularJS or similar framework - Understanding of responsive design - Willingness to learn and grow
