We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Marketplace Lead to own and grow our online sales channels, manage marketplace partnerships, and drive digital commerce performance in line with our business goals and pharmaceutical regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce and marketplace growth strategies
- Manage and grow relationships with online pharmacies and marketplace platforms
- Drive online sales, brand visibility, and customer acquisition
- Plan and execute digital campaigns and online promotions
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs (sales growth, conversion rate, ROAS, customer retention, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations
- Optimize product listings, digital merchandising, and overall customer experience
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular business reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer goods is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of digital sales, marketplaces, analytics, and performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
