Job Description:

• As a Product Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Define and manage the product roadmap and development plans.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Define product features, enhancements, and priorities.
• Prepare and maintain PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and HLD documents.
• Evaluate the feasibility of new product initiatives with technical teams.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, support, sales, and marketing teams.
• Track product progress and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of software architecture concepts and design patterns.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• Ability to prepare product and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with telecom, IT, and BSS concepts is a plus.
• Good English comprehension skills.
• Strong ownership, creativity, and teamwork skills.
