Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to join Productito’s product team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping product direction, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of user-centered software products. You will work closely with design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define product initiatives, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes.
This role requires a strong product mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of turning complex challenges into clear product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
Translate business needs, customer problems, and market opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Build and maintain product roadmaps that are value-driven, outcome-oriented, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are continuously refined based on user needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
Lead product discovery efforts to identify user pain points, validate assumptions, and ensure strong problem-solution fit.
Collaborate closely with Product Designers to define customer journeys, user flows, and consistent product experiences.
Work with engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and high-quality delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Define, track, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide decision-making.
Gather and synthesize feedback from users, internal stakeholders, and product data to continuously improve product quality and business outcomes.
Facilitate alignment among internal stakeholders by setting clear expectations, communicating progress, and supporting informed decision-making.
Evaluate product opportunities and proposed solutions based on customer value, usability, feasibility, and strategic fit.
Support release planning and product launches by coordinating efforts across relevant teams and ensuring readiness.
Present product concepts, priorities, and recommendations clearly to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
Previous managerial or team leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with designers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience translating user needs and business goals into structured product requirements and delivery plans.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Strong understanding of software product development processes, release cycles, and execution workflows.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on both strategy and execution.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in software product companies, digital platforms, or technology-driven environments.
Familiarity with user-centered product development approaches and modern product discovery practices.
Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience using product data, customer insights, and research findings to shape roadmap decisions.
Strong interest in building scalable, impactful, and user-focused digital products.
