Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Growth Manager


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to take ownership of the growth and performance of our online store.

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in managing and scaling e-commerce businesses, especially online retail stores, with a strong understanding of growth, performance marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, and marketplace integrations.

### Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the overall performance of the e-commerce store
- Improve website structure, navigation, menus, categories, and user experience (UX)
- Develop and execute online growth strategies to increase sales and conversion
- Lead and optimize e-commerce SEO (technical SEO, product/category SEO, content structure)
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and shopping journeys
- Improve conversion rate (CRO), cart performance, and customer retention
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels
- Coordinate closely with technical, design, content, and operations teams

### Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in managing or growing an e-commerce business is mandatory
- Strong experience with online retail stores (applications without e-commerce background will not be considered)
- Deep understanding of E-commerce SEO & Technical SEO
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and reporting dashboards
- Practical experience with Torob, Torob Pay, Snapp Pay, Yektanet, and other performance marketing platforms
- Experience managing product feeds, CPC campaigns, retargeting, and ROAS optimization
- Strong understanding of UX/UI for e-commerce, category structures, menus, and conversion optimization
- Ability to track and improve key business KPIs such as:
  - Conversion Rate
  - CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  - AOV (Average Order Value)
  - LTV (Lifetime Value)
  - ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

### Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in scaling an online retail or marketplace business
- Ability to present measurable achievements and KPIs from previous roles
- Experience improving sales performance, SEO growth, and conversion rates

### Important Note
