Most companies still think marketing automation means sending bulk SMS messages and push notifications. We don’t.
At Ecotrust, we’re looking for someone who understands user behavior better than users understand themselves. Someone who can uncover patterns hidden in data, design meaningful customer journeys, and use automation to improve activation, conversion, retention, and engagement. This role is not about simply launching campaigns. We expect you to take ownership of the entire user lifecycle communication strategy from analyzing user behavior and building audience segments to designing automation workflows, executing campaigns, measuring performance, and continuously optimizing results.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing and marketing automation strategies across the user journey
- Improve user activation, conversion, retention, subscription renewals, and engagement metrics
- Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities through data
- Design and execute Push Notification, SMS, and In-App Messaging campaigns
- Build audience segmentation and personalized communication strategies
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests
- Work closely with Product, Data, Content, and Performance Marketing teams
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize key metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Strong understanding of customer journey design and user lifecycle management
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable initiatives
- Hands on experience with GA4, BigQuery, Metabase, and ClickHouse
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with a data driven approach to decision making
