Job Description

At Ecotrust, thousands of users rely on our products and content every day to make better financial and investment decisions. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can support users, build trust, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Guide users in utilizing Ecotrust’s products and services effectively.
  • Address financial and investment related questions within the framework of the company’s policies and approved knowledge resources.
  • Investigate, categorize, and follow up on user requests, issues, and feedback.
  • Communicate user needs, concerns, and insights to Product, Research, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to improving customer support processes and the overall user experience.
  • Maintain and expand the knowledge base by documenting frequently asked questions and recurring issues.
  • Ensure user concerns are fully resolved through effective follow-up and ownership.


Requirements

  • Good understanding of personal finance, investing, and wealth management concepts.
  • Previous experience in financial services, investment firms, brokerage companies, banking, insurance, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and follow up abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and user friendly manner.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Customer Experience roles.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and investment products.
  • Experience working in fintech companies or startup environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools.
