Technical Product Manager

At Behsa, we are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Technical Product Delivery Manager to play a key role in aligning technical, AI, and marketing teams.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing Agile sprints, overseeing the delivery of technical and AI-driven products, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from planning to release.

Key Responsibilities;

•  Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and AI-based products
•  Coordinate and align engineering, AI, data, design, and marketing teams
• Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
•  Sprint Planning
•  Daily Stand-ups
•  Retrospectives
•  Backlog Grooming
•  Oversee Jira workflows and proactively remove delivery blockers
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical tasks
•  Collaborate closely with development teams on:
•  APIs
•  SaaS platforms
•  AI/ML features
•  Release management
• Prepare technical documentation and project progress reports
•  Support onboarding and coordination of technical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
•  Computer Engineering
•  Industrial Engineering
• Information Technology (IT)
• MBA (Technology/Product Management preferred)

Required Skills

•  Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies
•  Proficiency in Jira & Confluence
• Product Delivery & Release Management experience
•  AI Product Coordination experience
• Sprint Planning & Execution skills
•  Technical Documentation capabilities
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and APIs

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience in AI, SaaS, MarTech, or digital platforms
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Product certifications
•  Experience working in startups or fast-growing tech environments
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
