Main Purpose of the Job: Network configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of bank branches and data centers

Job Description:

• Implement, configure, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy network solutions that align with business goals
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution
• Maintain reporting, documentation, and issue resolution
• Communicate throughout the incident ticket lifecycle
• Troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose problems
• Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Ability to be on-call
• In-depth knowledge of CCNP ENCORE and ENARSI is a must; CCIE is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, FHRP, …), with a focus on Cisco technologies
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a strong track record of maintenance and troubleshooting complex network and data center infrastructures
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, OP Manager and PRTG
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and ACI technologies, as well as CCNP DCCOR, is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions
• A proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with the latest industry trends
• Stress handling, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of work experience in a large-scale enterprise or service-provider network
