Account Manager

We are a successfully growing BTL promotional marketing company and seek a strong Account Manager (BTL experience) to support our team and improve growth in the region.

About the Job

• Manage and develop projects: in-store activities, events, samplings, roadshows for multinational clients
• Coordinate and supervise all key processes of the project
• Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments
• Handle day-to-day client communication
• Lead project execution, ensuring implementation and delivery
• Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in advertising and marketing (BTL)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
• Effective teamwork skills
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign
• Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism
