We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, culture development, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish compelling job postings across various platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve employee retention
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement surveys and action plans
- Collaborate in managing the performance review process
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably within fintech, startups, or fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS systems, and Excel
