Job Description

At Rooberah, we have an online software service with global reach. To keep our 24/7 customer support running flawlessly, we are looking for a motivated, capable, and highly fluent English communication-in-love person to join our support team.

Your Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Master the Product: Keep your product knowledge sharp and deeply understand every nook and cranny of our software.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Communicate effectively with clients, pinpoint their exact issues, and deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Show Up for the Team: Be punctual and reliable during assigned shifts to ensure uninterrupted support for our users.
  • Bridge the Gap: Escalate root-cause technical issues to the relevant internal teams to get them resolved efficiently.
  • Work Flexible Hours: Collaborate with us across a mix of day and night shifts (typically 2 night shifts and 3 day shifts a week).
  • Explore the World: Be ready and willing to travel for short-term domestic and international business trips (at least twice a year).

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

  • The Right Heart: Genuine empathy for customers and a high drive to keep them happy.
  • The Right Mind: High intelligence to grasp the product quickly, ask the right questions, and identify patterns in user issues.
  • Flawless English: High fluency across all four main language skills—all communication and correspondence will be in English. (A background in studying or teaching English is a huge plus!)
  • Bonus Languages: Ability to communicate in French, Spanish, German, Turkish, or Armenian is a major advantage.
  • Team Spirit: A strong passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Shift Readiness: Flexibility to work a shifting schedule (around 22 shifts per month) covering various day and night hours.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, and previous English-centric work experience is a huge bonus.
  • Travel-Ready: A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally at least twice a year.

Important Details:

📍 Location: This is an in-person role located near Sharif University in West Tehran.
🏠 Exception: Early morning/late night shifts can be done remotely (for performance-ly eligible teammates), provided we've established a smooth, reliable workflow together.
