

Job Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and communication support to the directors, ensuring smooth daily operations and the efficient management of schedules and correspondence.
1. Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule, organize, and manage the directors’ calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and provide timely reminders for important events.
Communication Management: Professionally answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and appropriately screen and route incoming communications.
Email & Correspondence: Monitor, categorize, and draft responses to professional emails; handle official correspondence, and perform fast and accurate typing of letters and administrative documents.
Clerical Duties & Task Tracking: Manage and systematically file physical and digital documents; proactively follow up on tasks delegated by the directors to ensure timely completion.
2. Required Skills & Qualifications
General Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Secretary).
Age Range: 25 to 35 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, English Language, Industrial Engineering, Sociology, or Psychology.
Hard Skills:
English Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English, specifically in Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Computer Skills: Full proficiency in the MS Office suite (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Administrative Skills: High-speed typing (Persian and preferably English) and a solid understanding of official correspondence and filing principles.
Soft Skills & Personality Traits:
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and polite tone in all phone and face-to-face interactions.
Organization: Outstanding time management, the ability to multitask efficiently, and high attention to detail.
Professional Ethics: Absolute confidentiality, trustworthiness, and strict adherence to safeguarding the directors’ and company’s sensitive information.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: High flexibility and the ability to maintain composure, prioritize effectively.
