Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the performance of multiple branches/stores within the assigned area
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, staff productivity, and cost control
  • Conduct regular branch/store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve results
  • Lead, coach, and support branch/store managers and their teams
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, operational procedures, and service guidelines
  • Analyze sales and performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve area performance
  • Manage operational costs and support initiatives to increase profitability
  • Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, customer experience, and service quality across locations
  • Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and people-related challenges within the area
  • Identify market opportunities for sales growth, business development, and potential new locations
  • Motivate teams and promote a positive, high-performance work culture 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in area management, retail management, sales, or operations
  • Proven experience managing multiple branches, stores, or teams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and operational management principles
  • Ability to analyze sales data, performance reports, and financial indicators
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and improving performance
