

We are expanding 2Khat, an e-commerce platform in the fashion and footwear industry, and are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing to drive business growth through a combination of SEO, Performance Marketing, CRM, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth
* Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources based on ROI
* Analyze business and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities
* Optimize the customer journey and conversion funnel
* Collaborate closely with Product, Content, and Development teams
* Plan and execute promotional and seasonal marketing campaigns
* Implement and optimize attribution and tracking frameworks
* Manage analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards
Requirements
Must Have
* At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
* Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Experience managing and optimizing Performance Marketing campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing KPIs
* Experience managing advertising budgets
* Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing
* Ability to build and maintain analytical dashboards
Nice to Have
* Experience working with marketplace businesses
* Experience with Looker Studio
* Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools
* Experience collaborating with Product teams
* Experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear industry
