Senior / Lead Product Manager (Crypto Exchange)

 Your Mission
As a key member of our product leadership team, you will play a central role in defining the future of our platform and business.

Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery to execution and growth
Identify new product opportunities, revenue streams, and business models
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities
Design and launch high-impact products and features that improve user experience and business performance
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams
Transform complex business and customer needs into actionable product requirements
Define KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks
Drive continuous optimization of conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization
Lead product discovery initiatives through research, experimentation, and customer insights
Introduce innovative ideas, technologies, and AI-driven opportunities into the product ecosystem
Influence strategic decisions that shape the future direction of the company
 
 What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Product Management
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading systems, and digital asset ecosystems
Proven experience building and scaling successful digital products
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop monetization strategies
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and analyzing product metrics
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
 
 Nice to Have
Previous experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or financial products
Deep understanding of growth, retention, and product-led growth strategies
Hands-on experience with SQL, analytics platforms, dashboards, and experimentation tools
Experience leveraging AI and LLM technologies in products or workflows
Experience launching products from zero to one (0 → 1)
