Senior Business Process Analyst

1)Analyze and improve business processes across departments and subsidiaries.

2)Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement solutions.

3)Prepare process maps, workflows, SOPs, and business requirement documents.

4)Support process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

5)Define and monitor process KPIs and operational performance metrics.

6)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

7)Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

1) A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized public/state university is mandatory.

2)Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement.

3)Familiarity with BPM methodologies and process mapping tools like Visio

4)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5)Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

6)Experience in ERP systems and business transformation projects is an advantage.

7)Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
