Responsibilities

• Define and manage the company’s data strategy, reporting structure, and analytics priorities
• Build and maintain dashboards for key business, product, marketing, and operational metrics
• Design tracking frameworks for user behavior, acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve event tracking, data quality, and data availability
• Analyze user journeys, funnel performance, and conversion points
• Support marketing and growth teams with campaign performance analysis and audience insights
• Create clear reports and business insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Define data governance standards, naming conventions, data quality checks, and documentation practices
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps through data analysis help teams use data more effectively in decision-making

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related roles
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics
• Ability to translate business questions into data models, reports, and actionable insights
• Experience working with product, marketing, engineering, and business teams
• Strong attention to data quality, consistency, and documentation
• Clear communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and structured thinking

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace, B2C, SaaS, community-based, or platform businesses
• Experience with product analytics tools and event-based tracking
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and growth analytics
• Experience designing data governance processes
• Basic knowledge of data privacy and responsible data usage
