Senior IT Manager

Requirements as below :

Technical Skills : 

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security.
• Practical experience with MikroTik routers, firewalls, and network management.
• Experience managing and optimizing web servers, particularly Nginx.
• Solid understanding of web development concepts, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with WordPress administration, customization, security, and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails (RoR) development and deployment.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, website performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.

Hardware & Infrastructure : 

• Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Problem Solving & Management :

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience leading IT operations, managing technical teams, and coordinating with external vendors when needed.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• +5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related roles.
• Previous experience in an IT Manager or Senior Technical Lead position.
