Senior IT Manager – Requirements

Technical Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security.
Practical experience with MikroTik routers, firewalls, and network management.
Experience managing and optimizing web servers, particularly Nginx.
Solid understanding of web development concepts, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with WordPress administration, customization, security, and performance optimization.
Working knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails (RoR) development and deployment.
Familiarity with SEO principles, website performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.

Hardware & Infrastructure :
Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Problem Solving & Management :
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience leading IT operations, managing technical teams, and coordinating with external vendors when needed.
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
+5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related roles.
Previous experience in an IT Manager or Senior Technical Lead position.
