Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitor security alerts and logs using SIEM tools to detect suspicious or malicious activity.
• Perform initial triage and analysis of security incidents.
• Investigate and handle escalated incidents, conduct deeper analysis, and support root cause investigations.
• Analyze user and system behavior to identify anomalies and potential threats.
• Document incidents, prepare technical reports, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with other teams during incident response and security investigations.
• Review and tune detection rules to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in security operations, incident monitoring, or SOC environment.
• Experience working with SIEM tools and log analysis.
• Strong understanding of security principles and threat detection techniques.
• Ability to analyze security events and respond to incidents effectively.
