Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, CPA, and LTV/CAC metrics.
  • Launch, monitor, and improve advanced advertising automation structures, including Google Performance Max and Meta Advantage+ campaigns.
  • Implement and manage Conversion Tracking and Attribution frameworks, including Server-Side Tracking and Conversion API (CAPI).
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Identify conversion funnel drop-off points and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Research, evaluate, and test new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, design, content, and digital marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare KPI-driven performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for growth and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in Performance and Growth Marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Paid Acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Practical experience with Conversion Tracking, Attribution Modeling, and Funnel Optimization.
  • Familiarity with Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
  • Professional proficiency in English, including campaign management, ad copywriting, and working with technical documentation.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong analytical, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
