Operations Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Senior Manager to lead and scale SnappFood's Pick & Pack line operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our fulfillment network, driving productivity, service quality and customer experience while supporting the company's growth ambitions.
The successful candidate will lead large-scale field and site operations, manage operational leaders, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable and efficient operational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Retail Operations, Field Operations, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Lead end-to-end Pick & Pack operations across multiple operational sites and fulfillment locations. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and service delivery.
• Own and continuously improve key operational metrics including productivity, picking accuracy, fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and customer experience indicators.
• Design, standardize, and optimize operational processes to support business growth and operational scalability.
• Ensure operational readiness during peak demand periods and business expansion initiatives.
• Support the launch of new initiatives, operational projects, and process changes across the network.

Requirements:

• Experience managing multi-site retail, grocery, FMCG, dark store, warehouse, or fresh produce operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment operations, and supply chain processes.
• Experience leading operational transformation and scaling initiatives.
