Growth & Market Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research, analyzing competitors, industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities

• Designing and executing market development and Go-To-Market programs

• Identifying, developing, and managing opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and growth channels

• Actively participating in business negotiations, collaboration meetings, and following up on opportunities until results are achieved

• Executing marketing campaigns and Growth Campaigns

• Familiarity with digital marketing and Performance Marketing

• Designing and executing B2B and B2G campaigns

• Analyzing campaign performance and continuous optimization based on KPIs

• Collaborating with product, sales, communications, and other stakeholder teams

• Designing creative scenarios to increase engagement, leads, and market development

• Producing and developing value-driven messages and content for the target market

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and advancing tasks under high-pressure conditions and limited time

• Extracting insights from data and converting them into executable actions and business opportunities


Skills and Competencies:


• Proficiency in market research, market analysis, and competitor analysis

• Practical experience in market development and business development

• Experience in B2B and B2G marketing

• Experience in designing and executing Performance/Growth Marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Funnel Management

• Skills in negotiation, partnership, and developing business collaborations

• Ability to design GTM and market entry strategies

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
