About This Role

MelliGold is looking for a visionary and execution-driven Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead the company’s product strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.

The CPO will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions for digital gold trading while aligning product development with business growth objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product plans and prioritized roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, finance, compliance, and marketing teams to drive product success.
• Lead innovation in digital gold trading, pricing transparency, and customer experience.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue metrics.
• Ensure product scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing product management teams.
• Champion UX/UI excellence and continuous product improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and optimizing digital products.
• Strong understanding of fintech, marketplace, or commodity trading platforms.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and Agile product development methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a strong ability to execute and deliver results.
• professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with gold, precious metals, or investment products.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
• Familiarity with digital wallet systems, pricing engines, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure products.
