Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitoring the market, technology trends, industry changes, and developments in the smart government domain
• Conducting market research in GSB and PGSB areas
• Analyzing market size, including TAM, SAM, and SOM
• Identifying and analyzing development opportunities for smart services in government and public-sector domains
• Participating in the pricing of government, public-sector, and smart solution services
• Assessing risks, limitations, and various market and service development scenarios
• Designing analytical, managerial, and decision-making indicators
• Designing and developing management dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making
• Preparing business plans for new projects and services
• Conducting economic, technical, and market feasibility studies
• Preparing business documents, analytical reports, and management reports
• Analyzing competitors, stakeholders, customers, and key market players
• Extracting business insights from data and converting them into actionable recommendations
• Collaborating with product, technical, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholder teams
• Providing analytical support for management meetings, business decisions, and market development programs

Required Skills:

Ability to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators, KPIs
• Proficiency in SWOT analysis
• Familiarity with PESTEL analysis
• Familiarity with basic financial analysis and project economic concepts
• Ability to analyze market size, including TAM, SAM, and SOM
• Familiarity with service pricing principles and revenue models
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Ability to prepare business plans and feasibility studies
• Skill in preparing management reports and structured analyses
• Familiarity with smart government concepts, digital services, and enterprise solutions
• Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with dashboarding and data analysis tools such as Power BI is considered an advantage
• Analytical and structured thinking

• Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze different scenarios
