We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional to join our growing E-Health company.
This role is expected to go beyond reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate should be capable of supporting strategic decision-making, building financial visibility across business lines, and partnering closely with leadership teams to improve business performance.
The role requires strong financial modeling skills, operational understanding, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models for business lines and strategic initiatives
- Analyze actual performance versus budget/forecast and identify key drivers and risks
- Develop and manage P&L visibility across multiple business lines
- Perform unit economics analysis including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback period, and profitability analysis
- Support scenario planning and strategic decision-making processes
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level financial insights
- Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and working capital requirements
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to improve financial performance
- Translate operational and business data into actionable recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and financial risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Finance, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of business drivers and unit economics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership teams
- High ownership mindset and problem-solving capability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups, tech companies, marketplaces, or platform businesses
- Familiarity with SaaS or digital health business models
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or BI tools
- Experience in multi-business-line or holding structures
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs and growth metrics
