Job Description

Description:

We’re looking for a results-oriented Advertising Sales Supervisor who is passionate about identifying solutions to complex business problems. In this role, you’ll work with suppliers and sellers to create and implement advertising strategies that drive revenue and grow advertiser investment on Digikala. As an Advertising Sales Supervisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to advertisers, helping them define business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective advertising solutions that deliver measurable results. You possess analytical skills and are able to develop data led recommendation. You work to maximize incremental revenue opportunities. This is a client-facing role that will require you to have proven presentation, negotiation, and sales skills in order to teach new perspectives to our advertisers while driving incremental revenue. 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Drive revenue growth while managing complex advertiser relationships.

·        Own and expand existing client revenue streams, including categorical growth opportunities.

·        Lead negotiations independently from initial brief through contract closure.

·        Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partner teams to achieve shared objectives.

·        Navigate ambiguity and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact business outcomes.

·        Design customized strategies that enable brands to achieve their business objectives.

·        Develop comprehensive media plans and sophisticated advertising methods.

·        Generate actionable insights through the analysis of first-party and third-party research.

Basic Qualifications:

·        Advanced level of English.

·        +5 years of experience in advertising, digital media, or related sales roles.

·        Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·        Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

·        Annual brand planning and media planning capabilities.

·        Experience in analyzing data, create new insights and compelling narratives to pitch to clients.

·        Familiarity with performance marketing, retail media, or marketplace advertising solutions is a plus.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
