We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Expert to supand enhance our IT environment. This role involves providing expert-level help desk support, network infrastructure, and implementing robust security and backup solutions. 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
•    Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure, including network architecture.
•    Configure and maintain network devices, including Mikrotik routers.
•    Manage and secure network infrastructure (firewalls, antivirus).
•    Oversee enterprise backup processes and recovery planning.
•    Support and administer Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments.
•    Document IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in IT and help desk support.
•    In-depth knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
•    Experience with Active Directory is an advantage
•    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
•    English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced
