Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights through advanced analysis, automation, and compelling visualization. This role goes well beyond standard reporting and requires strong ownership of Power BI assets, leadership in analytics best practices, close partnership with business stakeholders, and hands-on experience with modern data and AI-assisted analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and long-term ownership of enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports

• Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and measurable insights

• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data-driven analysis

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and automated data workflows using Python

• Establish standards and best practices for data modeling, visualization, and dashboard performance

• Create clear, insightful, and visually compelling data stories tailored to executive and non-technical audiences

• Partner closely with business leaders to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and influence decision-making

• Apply AI-assisted analytics tools, including prompt-based systems and text-to-SQL approaches, to accelerate insight generation

• Work effectively in Linux-based environments for development, automation, and data operations

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the analytics function

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization

• Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and ETL development

• Proven experience designing and maintaining production-grade ETL pipelines

• Comfortable working in Linux environments

• Solid understanding of AI concepts in analytics (e.g., prompt engineering, text-to-SQL, AI-assisted analysis workflows)

• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with a creative and user-centric approach

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives end to end
