Why do we need this role?
We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to bridge the gap between technical data infrastructure and business strategy. You will own end-to-end data pipelines—from extracting complex datasets using PostgreSQL, transforming them with Python, and delivering high-impact visualizations via Metabase. You will act as a key partner to our stakeholders, translating business questions into analytical projects.
What responsibilities does this role include?
Technical Ownership: Write complex, performant SQL queries against PostgreSQL databases to support product and business initiatives.
Pipeline & Automation: Use Python to automate data cleaning, transformation, and reporting processes.
BI & Strategy: Design and maintain robust dashboards in Metabase that provide real-time insights to leadership and operational teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and identify trends that drive business growth.

 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Python (for data manipulation and scripting).
Expertise in BI tools; specific experience with Metabase is highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
