Technical Lead / Founding Engineer (AI Platform)

We are building an AI-powered platform focused on intelligent decision support, workflow automation, CRM, document management, data intelligence, and process automation.

This is not a typical software development position.

We are looking for a highly capable engineer who can independently design and build core product capabilities during the early stages and later grow into a technical leadership role by building and managing an engineering team.

The selected candidate will work directly with the founder and play a key role in defining the future technology architecture of the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the overall software architecture

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs

• Design and optimize database structures

• Build operational dashboards, CRM systems, and workflow automation tools

• Integrate AI and LLM-powered capabilities into the platform

• Manage deployment, infrastructure, and system reliability

• Produce technical documentation and development standards

• Participate in product strategy and technical decision-making

• Recruit, mentor, and lead future engineering team members
