Job Description

• Build and present a social media branding plan aligned with our marketing goals.
• Develop a clear content strategy and monthly content calendar for all platforms.
• Create and publish posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to bring ideas to social media.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Identify the right target audience and select smart strategies to reach and engage them.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and monitor competitors to improve results.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Engage with followers by replying to comments and messages to build community.
• Work with different content formats (reels, carousels, videos, etc.) to increase engagement.

Required technical skills:

• Solid experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong skills in caption writing, content creation, and hashtag strategy (in English).
• Familiarity with social media algorithms, platform updates, and trend forecasting.
• Familiarity with analytics, performance reporting, and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of tools like SocialPilot, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Basic graphic design skills with Canva, Photoshop, or InShot.
• Familiarity with Branding, Storytelling, Content, Digital Marketing, Campain, Google Ads and Paid Ads.

• Having 3 year of work experience in this field.
• Strong English skills
