The CTO will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our development department. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements, ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality solutions on time. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge (Python/Jango/ Node.js ecosystems) and strong management capabilities to guide team decisions and optimize workflows.

• Performance Management:Monitor team performance, ensuring efficient task prioritization and strict adherence to deadlines.

• Technical Guidance: Oversee architectural patterns and development methodologies to ensure best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Performance Analysis, or Organizational Consulting within an IT context.

• Technical Knowledge:

Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Python (Django framework) and Node.js, along with at least one of the following JavaScript frameworks: Vue.js, Angular, or React.js.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
General: Understanding of modern software development methodologies and cloud platforms.
Language: A Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
