Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for all sales channels, modern and traditional, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the route to market projects, Trade Marketing and Sales Planning teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Deliver actionable strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends, competition analysis, and internal performance data.
Plan, execute, and monitor sales development and RTM projects, coordinating efforts across functional and cross-functional teams to drive results.
Oversee the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives, including promotional activities, channel activation, and customer engagement programs.
Collaboration with finance, supply chain, HR and marketing to contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Evaluate and optimize current sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor sales performance, analyze channel results, and present reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging channels, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master of Management is preferred.
7 years of experience in sales strategy, planning, sales development, route to market development, trade marketing, with proven leadership of teams.
Data driven, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen for interpreting data and developing strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams in a matrix environment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and business-related software.
