As we continue to expand our market presence and accelerate growth, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solutions Sales Manager who combines strong B2B sales expertise with a passion for technology and business development. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can build strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and successfully position AI solutions within enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for AI-powered solutions.
• Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise customers across various industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build, maintain, and optimize a data-driven sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level sales meetings.
• Apply Solution Selling and Value-Based Selling methodologies to drive customer success.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts and business partners.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technical, and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the AI ecosystem.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Contribute to market expansion initiatives and strategic business development activities.


Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in enterprise solution sales and consultative selling.
• Strong understanding of Solution Selling and Value-Based Selling methodologies.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications, including:

  •   Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  •         AI Chatbots
  •         Voice AI
  •         AI Agents
  •         Intelligent Automation

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and complex buying processes.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage long and multi-stage sales cycles.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and pipeline management.
• Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, CTOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue structures.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored business proposals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of selling technology products, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with AI market trends and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation solutions is highly preferred.
