• Professional Business Communication: Ability to write and respond to customer emails in line with Australian business standards (tone, content accuracy, and response speed).
• Sales-Assisted Process: Guide B2B customers through the buying journey, from the qualification stage to sample delivery and finalizing bulk orders.
• Precise Execution of Sales Playbook: Implement the company's sales processes step by step, ensuring each customer receives the appropriate level of service based on their tier.
• Revenue Growth Strategies: Focus specifically on upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer database to increase share of wallet.
• CRM Data Management: Meticulously and accurately log all activities, call notes, and email statuses in the CRM panel.
Required Competencies & Skills:
• English Proficiency: Fluent telephone negotiation skills and the ability to write formal, persuasive business emails in English are required.
• Sales Background: At least 3 years of relevant sales experience (priority given to candidates with a background in the food industry or export/import).
• Operational Accuracy & Discipline: Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and conduct consistent follow-ups without missing details.
• Goal-Oriented Mindset: High motivation to achieve sales targets and defined qualitative KPIs.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with CRM (preferably Pipedrive) and online communication tools.
